Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the downloadable guides, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases.
However, if you purchased a guide by mistake, please reach out to customer support within 24 hours of your purchase. Refunds will be honored on a case by case basis in this instance.
Additionally, if you realize a mistake (you were charged twice, etc), please reach out and we will rectify the issue.
